Homes for Londoners was launched to tackle the city’s housing crisis with a £3bn fund earmarked for local authorities and developers to build 90,000 affordable homes by 2021. Q Developments and internationally renowned architects Conran and Partners are collaborating to offer local authority partners their combined strengths and experience to deliver new affordable homes.

Following up on our previous award winning work with Conran and Partners, we were briefed to create a book that promotes their partnership, credentials and relevant experience.

Bold, yet refined

 
Designed to convey the passion of the partnership for the Homes for Londoners scheme our book is bold, yet refined.

In addition to graphic design, we composed an ‘ode to London’ which forms the front cover and sets the tone for the book. We created a visual theme that combines a striking colour palette, architectural serif typeface and series of original illustrations.

We also managed the print production of the book to ensure the highest quality was delivered on behalf of our client.
